SOLD! Vertical rectangle with an outline turning into scrolls / fronds at either end. There is a decorative knocker below a hole for a Yale type of lock. The flap is plain and the original spring is intact and closes the flap firmly.
Total height - 31 5.7cm (1ft x 2.25"), affixed by 2 bolts which are 18.8cm / 7 7/16" apart.
The flap is 14 x 4cm but you will extra height for the spring mechanism, allow 15.3cm
This is a vintage item that has been nickel then chrome plated, it was unable to be disassembled and so may show discolouration in parts, but the overall effect is actually quite stunning.
